My goal as a fiber artist is to express my creativity through the exploration of textiles. I keep discovering the many endless design possibilities of fabric, fibers, paints, dyes, and embellishments. The excitement of how one piece can lead to the next allows me to explore new ideas and techniques. Another important aspect of being a quilter is being able to share my work through my website, shows, teaching and making one-of-a-kind pieces for my clients. Interacting with other artists and the world around me is an important stimulus to expanding the dimensions of my work.

I am proud to have the story of my quilt “Encouraging Words” as part of the Alliance for American Quilts, Save Our Stories project.

Welcome to my website. I hope you enjoy all the quilts as much as I enjoy making them and it leads you to wanting a piece for yourself or a family  member. I would also be happy to teach you through one of my various classes or workshops. I look forward to hearing from you.

My quilt “Linked to the Past” won an honorable mention from the members of the Alliance for American Quilts “New from Old” competition!
